Mexico actually has a lot of vegetarian options which a lot
of us know and love.
In this episode I make a lot of yummy stuff- Agua de Fresa (Mexican Strawberry Water), Guacamole, Corn and
Black bean salsa, 4 layer dip with the Guacamole and Salsa, Mexican Street Corn,
Cheese Enchilada with Mole sauce and to top it off- Churro's with a Chocolate
Dipping sauce!
